Let me ask you this as well: how often are you communicating with your current customers?

However, when you consider the effort and cost involved in acquiring a brand-new customer, it sounds completely ridiculous that we would sign them up and then ignore them!

You might have signed a customer up for one thing, but do they know everything that you do?

By not communicating every inch of your business to your current set of clients, you risk pigeon-holing yourself and your business.

While it can take a lot of effort to educate your customers and inform them about everything you do and can do for them, they will be the first to support you when they truly understand the scope of your services.

They already know like and trust you so it’s easier for them to get on board.

This is what we call ‘low hanging fruit’ in the marketing world.
